Often after a relationship breakup, we experience feelings of being torn between … wanting to get back with ex or just move on with our life. Many times, after the initial breakup, we are not in the right frame of mind to make this type of decision. We need time to deal with the emotional impact of the breakup.
A great process to help, during this time of overcoming a relationship breakup, is to express our feelings. Friends and family members can provide support and comfort to us during this overwhelming time in our life.
