When undertaking getting an ex back, forgiving or seeking forgiveness will be part of the journey.  Forgiveness is a part of life.  There is no dodging the issue.  During the scope of our life, repeatedly, we will all find ourselves challenged with the matter of forgiveness.  Sometimes we must seek forgiveness for wrongs we have done and at other times it will be opening our heart to forgiving others.

Whether you are seeking forgiveness when pursuing getting an ex back, or needing your ex to forgive you, both processes can be very challenging.  Of the two, forgiving others, can sometimes be the hardest for us to embrace.

When someone close to us has done something that has crushed our heart, sometimes we are so devastated that we will not permit ourselves to entertain thoughts of forgiveness.  We erect an emotional wall to block the pain.  Those in our life with whom we share a special inner closeness are often the ones we find most difficult to forgive.
