Getting an Ex Back - Avoid the If Only Path

We all have experienced feelings of “if only.”   So many times when a painful situation occurs in our life we tend to relentlessly rehash the situation and dwell upon what might have been … “If only …” When getting an ex back, these “if only” feelings can be crushing.  We are flooded with emotions wishing that we could turn back time and take the “if only” path. 

 

Unfortunately, life does not work this way.  Mistakes are a part of life.  However, learning valuable lessons from our mistakes can better equip us to handle difficult situations in our life, as we make our journey through life.  The key is that we learn from our mistakes.

 

Another way we can learn valuable lessons to apply to our own life is by learning from the mistakes of others.  Many times it is easier for us to see the mistakes of others than to recognize the same mistakes in our own life.

 

In a recent article I targeted three damaging mistakes that are frequently made by people when pursuing getting an ex back.  These mistakes can lead to feelings of “if only” and cause further damage to your relationship and hinder your chances of getting an ex back.
