Our appearance goes a long way in making us feel better.  It is always a great way to start the day when a friend, co-worker or loved one tells us that we look great.  Immediately we begin to feel better.  As a result of feeling better, we tend to look better.  It is much easier for us to deal with the dynamics of getting an ex back when we are feeling good and looking good.

Our hair and teeth make a huge statement regarding our appearance.   Whenever we step into a room with hair that is well groomed and sizzles with style, we are immediately noticed.  As soon as we open our mouth to speak, our teeth become the focal point of our features.  Having teeth that gleam with whiteness is a definite asset.  There is no doubt that a bright white smile can go along way in giving you that younger look.  When you combine a fresh new hairstyle and gleaming white teeth, your confidence level will climb.   This is a great way to jump-start your chances of getting an ex back.
