There is no doubt that a relationship breakup is indeed painful. In-fact, you may have the feeling of being in a state of suspension, where time seems to have come to a stand still. The words save your broken relationship seem impossible. Nothing around you seems to matter. Just getting through the normal routine of the day is overwhelming and exhausting.

After a wrenching breakup, you may find yourself at a total lost on what to do next. You probably aren’t even sure, at this point, how you truly feel. Your heart may be overflowing with emotional grief that your ex has left and cries out for your ex to return. Questions, such as, “Should I take my ex back or move on?” … ”Is getting back together with your ex possible, after a crushing breakup?” … consume your thoughts.
